2010-11 Early RegistrationEarly walk-in registration will be held at the Barrington Park District on the following dates;
Saturday, August 28th from 9-11am and
Saturday, September 11th from 9-11am.
Please print and complete the two forms on the Registration Forms page. New members are also required to include a copy of their birth certificate.
EARLY REGISTRATION FEES:
$250 plus a $60 uniform deposit for new members.
Includes club T-shirt, weekly practices, tournament entry fees, and USA Wrestling competitor card.
REGISTRATION FEES: (after Sept 11th)
$270 plus a $60 uniform deposit for new members.
Registrations will be accepted until December 1st.
The club is open to all young athletes ages 5-14, K-8th grades.
Practices begin November 8th and are held in the BHS Wrestling Room.
Older/experienced wrestlers practice Mon, Tues & Thurs (6:30-8:00pm).
Younger/inexperienced wrestlers practice Tues & Thurs (5:30-6:30pm).
Tournament competitions are held on weekends (generally Sundays) from December through mid-March.
No refunds will be issued after a wrestler’s second week of practice.

NOTE: All practices are held in the BHS wrestling room. Varsity and JV1 levels generally practice Mon/Tues/Thurs (6:30-8:00pm). The JV2 level generally practices Tues/Thurs (5:30-6:30pm). Please check the important dates (left) for changes to this schedule.
The Barrington Broncos Wrestling Club is an
organization that prepares young athletes from the ages of six to
fourteen for local, state and national competition
in the sport of
wrestling. We strive to enrich each young athlete's life through
instruction, practice and competition, fostering work ethic,
self-confidence, personal responsibility, good sportsmanship and
respect.
Our instructors are some of the most
experienced youth wrestling coaches in the midwest. Led by Alex
Strobl (BHS
wrestling coach),
John
Blanke, Gary Wapotish, and Paul Cysewski, our team of dedicated and knowledgeable
coaches provide an unparalleled experience for wrestlers ranging
from first year to elite level. The BBWC is a member of the Illinois Kids
Wrestling Federation (IKWF) and is sanctioned by USA Wrestling, the
same
organization
that trains our Olympic teams.
